My Mural Journey

A New Canvas

I began my mural journey as an assistant for We Are Limitless Studios in December of 2023. This was the first time I had ever painted large-scale, and my first time using spray paint.

I also was afraid of heights.

But when you want to do something new, something spectacular, something on a larger scale than you ever have before, you have to get out of your comfort zone (and onto a twenty foot ladder.)

Practice, Practice, Practice

By June 2024, I had assisted in the installation of four We Are Limitless Studios. I learned so much about applying spray paint, scaling a design, and working as a team of artists.

I also became lift certified!

Lead Artist

In July 2024, I became Lead Artist for the installation of the Frederick Douglas Mural in downtown Salisbury.

It was exciting to earn this leadership role, and become more familiar with the mural process, start to finish.

That's All, Folks

By June 2024, I had assisted in the installation of four We Are Limitless Studios. I learned so much about applying spray paint, scaling a design, and working as a team of artists.

I also became lift certified!

Limitless

By the end of 2024, I led or assisted in the completion of thirteen murals with We Are Limitless Studios. I'm so proud of what we were able to accomplish as a team.

Going Solo

In March 2025, I completed my first solo mural in Toddville, MD. This was such a fun design, and I was excited for the opportunity to be the sole creator of this mural, start to finish.
