Live Painting Prints

I will be painting live at this year’s Big Sur Marathon! As runners cross Bixby Bridge I will be capturing the energy in real time on canvas!
This original painting will be donated to the Big Sur Marathon Foundation, and limited edition archival prints will be available for a short pre-order window immediately following the race.
Each print is produced on fine linen paper and made to last, with a portion of every sale (15%) supporting the Big Sur Marathon Foundation.
Pre-orders open Sunday and will remain available for one week only!!

Print Details and Q&A:
Q: What is a "Pre-Order?"
A: A Pre-Order is when prints are made to order. The painting has been made and scans of the artwork have been taken but the printing process just hasn't begun yet. This just helps me to make prints available to new audiences without waste or quality issues.
Q: When will the Pre-Order Start?
A: Right after the race ends ON SUNDAY I will be opening Pre-Orders! I will be live painting until the last runner crosses the bridge so that everyone can see themselves in the piece (: I will have all of my supplies to scan and post the Pre-Sale as soon as I am back in town with cell service! The best way to know when the sale goes live is to sign up to be notified.

Q: When will my print ship? When will it arrive?
A: It will ship in 2-4 weeks. It may arrive in 4-6 weeks.
Q: Why will the printing process take so long?
A: This turn around time is due to the fact that each print is made to order. I like to work with other small businesses to get my prints to your door which allows for more quality control every step of the way. Your print is personally handled from the moment it is off the press until the second it gets to your door.
Q: Is this limited edition?
A: Yes! Once the pre-order ends, more prints will not be put into production.
Q: What sizes are available?
A: 5x7 inches, 8x10 inches, 11x14 inches
Q: What kind of print is this?
A: These prints are printed on a high quality linen paper. Selected by me for its texture and longevity.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! The shipping will be calculated into your total at check out.
Q: Is the original painting for sale?
A: The original painting is being donated to the Big Sur Marathon Foundation.
Q: How much of the proceeds are donated to BSMF?
A: 15%
Q: Will I be able to return or exchange my order?
A: Because each print is made to order, all sales are final. However, if you have any issues at all with your order, I would be more than happy to replace the order! You can always always email me or message me online at kaylaallenart@gmail.com
